  • What is Astral?

    Astral is the leading wholesale distributor and retail consultant for boutique fitness studios, connecting studio owners directly with top activewear brands.

    Our showroom, located in downtown Lexington, has serviced over 1,000 boutique fitness studios nationwide.

  • Does one account cover all brands?

    Yes! Your Astral account gives you access to a wide selection of top retail brands—all in one place—so you can browse, order, and manage everything seamlessly without needing multiple logins.

  • When Do New Products Come In?

    We announce New Arrivals every Tuesday!

  • Do I need to meet minimum order requirements?

    No minimums here—there are no required quantities, size-run requirements, or purchase minimums. Order exactly what you need.

  • How fast does Astral ship orders?

    Extremely fast! 100% of orders ship within 2 business days, and 96% ship the same business day, so you can get products to your studio quickly.

  • Can Astral orders integrate with my studio software?

    Yes! We provide a CSV file that’s ready for upload into ClubReady or Mariana Tek, making integration seamless.

  • Return Policy- how does it work?

    • You may return up to 40% of your order (excluding socks, pre-ordered items, and final sale items) within 60 days of delivery.
    • A 10% restocking fee applies to returns made within 0–30 days, and a 15% fee applies to returns made within 31–60 days.
    • Returns are not eligible when purchasing at the 50% tiered pricing level.
    • All approved returns will be issued as account credit.
    • Items must be in original condition with tags and barcodes intact and unmarked. Any markings, alterations, or damage to tags may result in additional charges or denial of the return.
    • If returning multiple orders in the same box, you must clearly separate items by order. Orders that are not separated will be returned to sender.

  • How does Tiered Pricing work?

    Tiered Pricing is a system to allow you to purchase items at a lower rate & increase your revenue!

    There are 2 options, you can choose to pay 55% of MSRP and maintain the ability to return items in your order that may not sell.

    With 50% MSRP option, you increase your revenue, but you no longer have the ability to return items to Astral.

  • How do I get a Discount Code?

    Talk to your account manager! Once you select a tiered pricing option, you will receive your own Code to shop with.

  • How do pre-orders work?

    Pre-Orders will go live on our site. You are able to preview & order items for your studio!

    Your will not be charged the full amount of the order until your products ship. Before then, your credit card will be charged $1 for each item in your cart.

  • Are there contracts or fees to use Astral’s services?

    No commitments! All services are available with no contracts, monthly minimums, or fees—giving you maximum flexibility.
