Job Responsibilities:
•Demonstrated advanced performance in all Office platforms: PPT, Word, Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and find and analyze pertinent data.

• Aptitude to learn all systems in use by Astral and customers: Shopify, SFDC, ClubReady,etc.

Category Manager Objectives
Socks
• Generate go to market strategy for socks to hit a provided sales budget•
Define internal processes required to execute the go to market strategy
• Complete ongoing product performance analysis by generating selling tactics required to hit the number and build trend decks.
• Monitor inventory levels at Astral against trends and sales budget to inform open to buy
• Develop product attribute plan for Shopify tags, collections, etc.
MSO (Multi-Studio Services)
• Manage each MSO contracto Track Astral services performed against the contracto Manage internal due dates specific to each MSO contracto
• Track sales related to each MSO contract and communicate with Sales if/whenchanges to the agreed discount need to be made
• Build quarterly updates on all MSO Services, by contract, for internal and external use
• Study available POS data at participating studios to build a trend deck for internal use
• Manage the buildout and presentation of new MSO contracts
• Work with the Marketing team to inform Shopify design specific to MSO contracts
Hours: Salaried position – full time hours M-F between 8am and 5pm Reports to: CEO, Owner
PART TIME FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE I
Job Description: The Part Time Fulfillment Associate I is responsible for supporting the Fulfillment Lead in all efforts required to maintain the warehouse, allocate, and process outbound shipments accurately and efficiently against moving deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
• Sort, count, and allocate studio bin inventory to completion against allocation sheets
• Scan and pack studio allocation shipments
• Create shipment in UPS• Reconcile Transfer Tickets
• Assist in physical courier pick-up process
• Assist in efforts to maintain orderly and well stocked scan stations and warehouse
• Move inventoryo At times includes large/heavy boxes and use of rolling/stationary ladder
• Demonstrated familiarity of using computer systems.
• Meet deadlines and complete various other assigned tasks
Requirements:
• Take Direction from the Fulfillment Lead• Excellent communications skills – electronic and verbal.
• Balance the need to be a team player and work independently.
• Exhibit flexibility to accommodate changing needs of the business.
• Attention to detail.
• Lift up to 15-45lbs consistently and repeatedly along with bending and twisting.

PART TIME RECEIVING ASSOCIATE I
Job Description: The Part Time Receiving Associate I is responsible for directlysupporting the Receiving Lead in the receiving and processing efforts withinbound vendor shipments.
Job Responsibilities:
• Acting assistant to the Receiving Lead.
• Accept courier deliveries for all locations.
• Assist in removing delivered items from courier truck and/or pallet.
• Maintain separation of inventory for the various clients.
•Sort and Count Inventory.
• Tag incoming vendor shipments.
• Aid Receiving Lead on reconciling physical counts against packing slips.
• Assist in efforts to maintain orderly and well stocked warehouse.
• Move inventory.
• Meet deadlines and complete various other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
