We're all about creating the best experience possible, and part of that is ensuring clarity and ease in how we operate together. Please review our shopping policies regarding live showroom shopping appointment:

Credit Card on File: We'll need your credit card details before a live shop session. If we do not have your card details on file, we will reach out at least 24 business hours before your appointment to obtain. Don’t worry; we’ll always ring you to confirm your card info, whether it’s your first time with us or the umpteenth.

Quick Confirmation: Once you've picked your apparel during your live shop, you'll have 24 business hours from receiving your draft order invoice to make any adjustments. After 24 hours, your card will be charged, and your order will be processed as is.

Spending Minimums: For live showroom shopping appointments, the minimum spend is $500. This amount helps us ensure you get a fabulous selection (usually around 10-12 items). When you sign up for this service, you’re committing to these minimums.

Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled live showroom shopping appointment you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
