Our Policies

Return Policy:

All customers have up to 60 calendar days from the date the order is fulfilled to return a maximum of 40% of the units purchased on any given order. To be eligible for return, clothing must be unworn and in the same condition as received. Tags must be in the same condition as well. If they are missing or damaged, there will be a $1.50 replacement fee per tag. Please ship back in either corrugated boxes or poly mailers only. You are more than welcome to reuse the original packaging as well.

If your merchandise is returned within 30 days, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise returned between 31-60 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The products have to be postmarked by the corresponding date listed in the return column on your account page.

All discounted items are final sale. 

Refunds: Once Astral receives your return, we will inspect each unit shipped back thoroughly. Returns will then be credited back onto account less a 10% or 15% restocking fee, depending on the time frame in which the return was made. Credit will be good for up to 6 months.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for payment of outbound shipping and return shipping.

Credit Policy:

Customer credit cannot be used for live showroom shopping appointments, subscriptions, or stylist orders. If Astral customer would like to use credit, customer can copy stylist order and place order on their own.

Credits will be reduced by $10 to cover the flat rate shipping fee for returns.

Live Showroom Shopping Cancellation Policy:

A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to missed or canceled live showroom shopping appointments on day of scheduled time.
