Credit Policy:

As of March 1st, Astral will no longer use any customer credits for Facetimes, Subscriptions, or Stylist orders. If Astral customer would like to use credit, customer can copy stylist order and place order on their own.

Credits will be reduced by $10 to cover the flat rate shipping fee for returns.

Return Policy:

All customers have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date order is received. To be eligible for return, items must be in unworn and in the same condition as received. Please ship back in either corrugated boxes or poly mailers only. You are more than welcome to reuse the original packaging as well.

All discounted items are final sale. 

Refunds: Once Astral receives your return, we will inspect each unit shipped back thoroughly. Returns will be then credited back onto account less a 15% restocking fee. Credit will be good for up to 6 months.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for payment of outbound shipping and return shipping.

Live Showroom Shopping Cancellation Policy:

A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to missed or canceled facetime/zoom appointments on day of scheduled time.
