Return Policy:
With the exception of sale items, up to 40% of purchased items can be returned within 60 calendar days from the date the order is received. To be eligible for return, items must be in unworn and in the same condition as received. Once Astral receives and inspects your return, the full purchase price will be credited back to your account less a 10% restocking fee for items returned within 30 days or a 15% restocking fee for items returned within 60 days. Credit will be good for up to 6 months.
Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for payment of outbound shipping and return shipping. Items within the same seasonal collection will be combined into one shipment.
Order Processing:
Astral strives to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so you can begin selling which is why 95% of orders received during business hours are shipped out by the end of next business day (M-F 9-5 EST)
